Whether you are training to run a 5K, a marathon, or anything in between, Danielle will develop a customized training plan that will bring your fitness to a whole new level. From beginner runners to experienced, our training plans are tailor-made to accommodate your lifestyle and your goals.
Our individual training plans are developed on a weekly basis to fit your daily schedule. Our philosophy at Iron Fit Endurance is that quality workouts help you to achieve success, rather than "just logging miles". Weekly workouts will focus on a variety of areas such as: threshold pace, long runs, interval work and the very important recovery days that will help boost your performance at any level and any distance!
What you get:
- Unlimited Contact with Danielle Sullivan via phone or e-mail.
- Custom weekly training plan via Training Peaks adjusted to your goals and fitness level.
- Run technique analysis here on Long Island via appointment.
- Weekly Training plan will be adjusted due to performance on that given week, and/or the athlete's fatigue level.
- Speed "zones" based on run tests (these will be adjusted throughout the athlete's training as they improve.
